Just got it and tried it on. I'm a 38C, I got the large and it fits perfect on the tightest hook & eye closure. It actually is buttery soft, the straps are comfortable. Adjusting the straps does give a little bit of a lift. I love it, it feel like I'm not wearing a bra. It even came with a strap extension so I might have been able to get away with buying the medium. It's just as advertised.
